Fun day of cooking for friends! Lamb with asparagus, roasted beet, and red wine cranberry demi. Various calamari sashimi, blue Turner mussels in a bread bowl with white wine butter sauce. And calamari ceviche in beet juice.
Mascarpone and beets! And peanut butter and jelly creme brûlée was a hit! I’m always excited to change people minds about beets :) happy birthday Jennifer!
