The Charcuterie "EXPERIENCE" Now Available!
A 6 and a half foot long charcuterie board/ grazing table with various cured meats, cheeses, pickled veggies and sauces. With space for two platters of hors d'oeuvres, fondue, homegrown microgreens ready to harvest from the soil, fresh flowers and a personalized frame for the event. The table is made from reclaimed wood and hardware from Chef Eric's home in historic Delano built in 1910.

Customizable platters of delicately plated hors d'oeurvres prepared and maintained on site by Chef Eric. Full menu in a glass display, with individual description cards by each platter.
SOMMELIER WINE DINNER
A variety of high quality locally available wines expertly paired and served by a local sommelier. Whether you are looking for a birthday party, a business dinner, or anything in between, Chef Eric and the Sommelier will provide you with the perfect meal and wine for each course.
Wine Dinners start at 120$ Per Person plus sommelier service fee
COOKING LESSONS
Hands on and very interactive cooking demonstrations for small or large groups. Chef Eric will work with you to create a dish or demonstrate a dish of your choosing. With in-depth and easy to understand explanations of techniques and procedures. A great gift for an individual experience as well.
